Ram Quarter is built on the historic grounds of the former Young’s Brewery. Beer has been brewed here since at least 1533. That history is something we’re working with local historians and architects to preserve and celebrate.

In addition, we’ve maintained a space where brewing can continue. We’re seeking the best commercial solution for making beer here for the long term, to try and ensure the community connection with the past continues.

We’re also committed to promoting what’s happening at Ram Quarter, through on-going community events that invite people to see what we’ve built and establish a connection with a new heart of Wandsworth they can forever enjoy.

All the new building in Phase One of Ram Quarter is complete and many residents have moved in. Our involvement in the community is only just beginning.
