Ram Quarter – Greenland’s flagship development in the UK - was selected as “Conversion / Refurbishment Project of the Year” at Premier Guarantee’s Excellence Awards in a prestigious award ceremony held at Heron Tower in the City of London.
Premier Guarantee sets rigorous technical and build quality standards that developments must meet to achieve warranty certification. Its annual Excellence Awards recognise the best-in-class developments that its inspectors have assessed over the year.
The development was selected in particular for its sensitive refurbishment of the former brewery buildings to create 14 distinctive loft apartments known as Coopers’ Lofts, carefully combining the site’s iconic heritage with contemporary living through exquisite architectural details.
